During his senior year, he recorded 39 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks across 12 games as Centennial finished 11-2 and won the Big West - Upper Football League title. Schirmer blocked a field goal in a 28-27 playoff win over Mater Dei. He also received offers from Washington and UNLV.
