Ian Strong is a 6'4", 210-pound wide receiver from Coram, NY, who attended St. Anthony's High School before playing at Rutgers. As a junior in 2025, Strong started 10 games and recorded 52 receptions for 762 yards and five touchdowns. He ranked fifth in the Big Ten in receiving yards per game at 76.2 and sixth in receptions per game at 5.2. Strong earned Fourth Team All-Big Ten honors from Phil Steele and honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition from coaches and media. He was named to the Academic All-Big Ten list for the second consecutive year and added to the Biletnikoff Award watch list. Strong now joins California as a transfer.
