Cooper Perry is a wide receiver from Scottsdale, Arizona, who attended Notre Dame Prep. A four-star recruit in the 2025 class, he was ranked as the No. 74 overall prospect and No. 13 wide receiver nationally by Rivals, and earned a spot on the All-American Bowl roster. In high school, Perry caught 203 passes for 3,148 yards and 51 touchdowns, adding 555 rushing yards and seven touchdowns. As a freshman at Oregon in 2025, he appeared in 12 games and caught 10 passes for 25 yards. Perry is now a sophomore transfer at California, wearing No. 10.
