Chase Meyer is a placekicker from Los Angeles who attended Mater Dei High School before playing college football at Penn State and Tulsa. As a freshman at Penn State in 2022, he appeared in eight games primarily on kickoffs, recording 36 kicks for 1,881 yards with one touchback. At Tulsa in 2023, Meyer started all 12 games, making 17 of 20 field goal attempts and 30 of 31 PATs while earning third-team All-AAC honors. He redshirted in 2024 at Penn State before transferring to California. In 2025, Meyer made 10 of 13 field goals with a long of 45 yards, including three makes from 40+ yards, and connected on all 39 extra points.
