Ulavai Fetuli is a defensive tackle from Laie, Hawaii, who attended La Habra High School in California. As a prep prospect, he earned three-star status and was rated No. 67 overall in California. In 2024, he was named Epsilon League Defensive Player of the Year after recording nine sacks, three interceptions, six touchdowns, and 24 tackles for loss. Fetuli also competed in basketball and golf at La Habra, earning 2025 basketball defensive player of the year honors and helping the basketball team to a CIF Championship. He joined BYU as a redshirt freshman in 2025, appearing in three games against Iowa State, Texas Tech, and TCU on the defensive line and special teams.
