Jett Nelson is a 6'4", 212-pound wide receiver from American Fork, Utah, where he was coached by Aaron Behm. A three-star recruit with a composite score of 85, Nelson caught 24 passes for 402 yards and three touchdowns as a junior. In his senior season of 2023, he recorded 60 receptions for 960 yards and seven touchdowns, earning Deseret News 6A All-State First Team honors as American Fork reached the 6A semifinals with an 11-2 record. Nelson, whose father Casey and uncle Tyler both played football at BYU, completed a mission to Vina Del Mar, Chile before joining the Cougars as a true freshman.
