Hunter Clegg is a 6'4", 250-pound right defensive end for the BYU Cougars. A four-star recruit from American Fork, Utah, he was rated No. 153 overall by national outlets and No. 3 in-state on recruiting services. As a high school senior, Clegg recorded 61 tackles with 11.0 tackles for loss and 8.0 sacks, earning first-team All-State honors. He was a two-time All-Region first-team selection and invited to the Polynesian Bowl. In 2025, Clegg appeared in 10 total defensive plays, including 6 solo tackles, 1 sack, and 1 tackle for loss. He returns as a sophomore for the upcoming season.
