Fuller Shurtz is a 5'11", 179-pound punter from Katy, Texas, who wears jersey number 19 for BYU. He prepared at Katy High School, where he contributed to a 2020 6A state championship, and also attended Byron Nelson High School. Beyond football, Shurtz earned 2020 6A all-district honors as a goalkeeper in soccer and competed in track. He completed a two-year mission in Veracruz, Mexico before joining the Cougars. In 2025, Shurtz appeared in limited action, recording one punt for 41 yards and one carry for minus-11 yards while fumbling once.
