Ethan Thomason is a 6'8", 310-pound right tackle for BYU, currently in his redshirt freshman year. The Fort Collins, Colorado native earned three-star recruit status and was ranked the No. 28 offensive tackle prospect nationally and No. 4 overall prospect in Colorado. In high school, he received first-team all-conference and second-team all-state honors as a junior, then added Denver Post All-Colorado Team and first-team all-state recognition in 2022. Thomason was a two-time all-state academic first-team selection and National Honor Society member who also competed in basketball. His father played at Dixie College and mother at SUU. He served a two-year mission before joining the Cougars.
