Tyrell Simmons Jr. is a 6'3", 190-pound wide receiver from Rochester, NY, who attended University Prep. As a high school senior, he recorded 656 yards of receiving output and eight touchdown receptions across 45 catches. He also played defensive end, posting seven sacks and 31 quarterback hurries. Simmons redshirted during his 2024 freshman season at Buffalo. In 2025, he appeared in nine games primarily on special teams. The redshirt-sophomore currently majors in communication and holds a roster spot with the Bulls.
