Qur'an McNeill is a quarterback for the Buffalo Bulls. The Boston native attended Milton Academy in Massachusetts, where he was a dual-threat signal caller. During his senior season in 2025, McNeill completed 1,963 passing yards and 24 touchdowns while adding 220 rushing yards and four scores. He led Milton Academy to a New England Championship that year. McNeill arrived at Buffalo as a true freshman in the class of 2026.
