Phillip Folmar is a wide receiver from Morristown, New Jersey, who attended Delbarton High School. He earned first-team All-State honors and was named New Jersey Player of the Year by the Maxwell Football Club. In his senior season, Folmar recorded 55 receptions for 936 yards and eight touchdowns. Over his high school career, he totaled 2,234 receiving yards and 38 touchdowns, including a 92-yard kickoff return and a caught Hail Mary in an upset of previously unbeaten DePaul. Folmar redshirted during his first season at Buffalo in 2025, though he appeared in one game. He is currently a redshirt freshman pursuing a major in business administration.
