Ethan Stumpf is a punter from Park Ridge, Illinois, who graduated from Maine South High School before attending East Carolina for one season. Standing 6'2" and weighing 200 pounds, Stumpf transfers to Buffalo as a redshirt-sophomore in 2026. At Maine South, he handled both punting and field goal duties, connecting on a 60-yard field goal at the 2023 Kohl's Midwest Showcase. He was ranked the 10th-best prospect nationally by Chris Sailer Kicking and won the punt competition at the Hammer Kicker Academy Atlanta Camp.
