Trey Johnson is a 6'0", 195-pound wide receiver from Frankfort, Illinois, where he attended Lincoln-Way East High School. He redshirted in 2022 before missing 2023 to injury. In 2024, his sophomore year, Johnson appeared in all 13 games with one start, recording one reception for seven yards and posting a special teams tackle. During the 2025 season, he appeared in 11 games, totaling one catch for eight yards while adding two special teams tackles. Johnson, a redshirt junior, returns to Bowling Green for the 2026 campaign.
