Nick Sawyer is a senior cornerback at Bowling Green who transferred to the program in January 2026 from Charleston Southern. The 5'11", 175-pound defensive back from Harvest, Alabama played in 10 games during the 2025 season at Charleston Southern, recording 15 tackles, one interception, and seven pass deflections. He previously appeared in 12 career games at Kennesaw State from 2022-24 after redshirting in 2022, where he notched nine tackles. Sawyer was a three-star recruit in the 2021 class and played at Sparkman High School, where he earned first-team all-region honors as a senior and second-team all-state recognition as a junior.
