A three-star recruit and four-year letterwinner at Dickinson High School, Scoby earned multiple all-district honors and was named team captain as a senior. In his 2025 freshman season, he appeared in ten games, recording one reception for 9 yards and one rushing attempt for 9 yards against Buffalo, along with two total tackles on special teams.
