James Thomas Jr. is a right tackle for the Bowling Green Falcons. The 6'5", 295-pound redshirt sophomore from Fairfield, Ohio played defensive line and tight end at Fairfield HS, where he earned three letters. In his high school senior season, he recorded 43 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks, and forced a fumble. Thomas redshirted in 2023, then appeared in three games in 2024 as a redshirt freshman, logging 26 snaps entirely at right tackle, including his collegiate debut in the season-opening win against Fordham. During the 2025 season, he appeared in 12 games with starts against Central Michigan and Buffalo, accumulating 405 total snaps—355 on offense and 50 on special teams—with 72 at left tackle and 283 at right tackle.
