Cameron Martinez is a nickelback for Boston College who transferred from Ohio State. The Muskegon, Michigan native played quarterback in high school as a four-star prospect and went 26-2 as a starter. At Ohio State, he appeared in 25 games with three starts before joining the Eagles. In 2024, Martinez played in 11 games with one start, recording 28 tackles, three tackles for loss, one interception, one sack and one fumble recovery. During the 2025 season, he appeared in four games with one start, totaling nine tackles, one quarterback hit and one pass defensed before suffering an injury that sidelined him for the remainder of the season.
