Romeo Carter is a 6'3", 190-pound wide receiver from San Diego who attends Point Loma High School. A three-star recruit, Carter recorded 147 receptions for 2,329 yards and 26 receiving touchdowns during his prep career, including 19 scores as a senior. He also contributed on defense with 89 tackles and 12 interceptions for 192 return yards. As a senior, Carter earned Eastern League Offensive Player of the Year honors and helped his team reach the quarterfinal round of the CIF San Diego Section Football Championships with an 11-1 record. Carter now joins Boise State as a true freshman.
