Carson Rasmussen is a redshirt junior left guard for Boise State from Meridian, Idaho. At Owyhee High School, he was a three-sport athlete in football, basketball, and wrestling. He started every game at tackle as a junior in 2021 and earned first-team all-state recognition as a senior. Rasmussen redshirted in 2023 and appeared in 13 games in 2024, primarily on special teams, with a season-high 32 snaps at left guard against Portland State on September 21. In 2025, he played in all 14 games at both guard positions. Rasmussen has earned Academic All-Mountain West honors twice and was named a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection in 2025.
