Boen Phelps is a weak-side linebacker for Boise State who stands 6'1" and weighs 215 pounds. A Spokane, Washington native from Freeman HS, Phelps is a redshirt junior majoring in Business. During the 2025 season, he appeared in all 14 games with nine starts, accumulating 66 total tackles, four for loss, one sack, one interception returned 33 yards for a touchdown, and one fumble recovery. He was named Old Trapper Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week on September 29, 2025, and earned Academic All-Mountain West honors. Phelps also logged a team-high 233 special teams snaps.
