Matthew Parker is a 6'7", 313-pound right tackle from Flowood, Mississippi, who attended Jackson Prep HS. A consensus three-star recruit in the 2025 class, he was ranked No. 18 in Mississippi by Rivals and No. 24 in the state by recruiting services. Parker redshirted during the 2025 season after being listed second on the depth chart at tackle. He appeared in two games, both blowout wins against Samford and UCF.
