Asher Hale is a left guard from Mobile, Alabama, who prepped at St. Paul's Episcopal School and received second-team all-state honors. He played two seasons at South Alabama from 2024–25, appearing in 25 games. As a true freshman in 2024, Hale played in 12 of 13 games and started the Veteran's Bowl finale. During his 2025 campaign as a true sophomore, he made 11 starts at right guard in 12 games while helping South Alabama average 199.9 rushing yards per game. He now transfers to Baylor as a junior.
