Layton Starks is a 6'4", 237-pound rusher from Versailles, Kentucky, who attended Woodford County High School. At Woodford County, Starks played wide receiver and defensive end and was a 2022 teammate of Cardinals offensive lineman Tristan Cook. He helped the Yellowjackets reach the Kentucky Class 5A playoffs with a 6-4 record and also competed on the basketball team.
