Evan Downer is a 6'4", 285-pound offensive lineman from Palatine, Illinois, who plays for Ball State. At Palatine High School under coach Corey Olsen, he earned four letters and helped lead the Pirates to a 30-13 record across four seasons. His freshman year featured a 10-2 mark capped by a quarterfinals appearance in the IHSA 8A state championship. Downer also competed in varsity basketball at center.
