Anthony Pinnace is a defensive back from Ypsilanti, Michigan who attended Ann Arbor Huron HS, where he played quarterback and recorded 1,674 passing yards and 16 touchdowns in 2021. He began his college career at Independence Community College in 2023 as a redshirt freshman, earning first-team NJCAA All-America honors after posting 31 tackles, three interceptions and 10 pass breakups. Pinnace transferred to Iowa Western CC in 2024, registering 18 tackles and five pass breakups in 11 games as the Reivers reached the NJCAA Division I Championship Game. He appeared in five games at Michigan State during 2025 before joining Ball State during summer workouts with one season of eligibility remaining.
