Kail Ellis is a center from Canton, Georgia who attended Cass High School, where he served as team captain and earned All-State honors along with three consecutive All-Region selections. He recorded 99.8% snap efficiency during his junior and senior seasons without allowing a sack. Ellis made his collegiate debut against Ball State on September 6, 2025, and his SEC debut at Oklahoma on September 20. He appeared in eight games during his first season, starting at center against Arkansas on October 25 and Kentucky on November 1. In the Arkansas contest, he helped Auburn accumulate 230 rushing yards, the most in an SEC game that season. Ellis earned 2025 SEC All-Freshman Team and First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll recognition.
