Jake Johnson is a 6'6" left tackle from Athens, GA who arrives at Auburn as a transfer. The four-star recruit from Oconee County High posted 142 receptions for 2,377 yards and 32 touchdowns across his three-year prep career, earning Region 8-4A Offensive Player of the Year honors and all-state recognition as a junior. Johnson spent two seasons at Texas A&M (2022–23), recording 25 receptions for 237 yards and four touchdowns in 12 games with four starts. He then transferred to North Carolina, where he appeared in 25 games with four starts and collected 18 receptions for 170 yards and one touchdown. Across 41 career games, Johnson owns 43 receptions for 402 yards and five touchdowns.
