Bear McWhorter is a center from Kingston, Georgia, who attended Cass High School in Cartersville under coach Steve Gates. McWhorter was a senior all-region selection on a Cass team that went 9-3 in 2025, the program's most wins since 2015. He earned invitations to the 2026 Under Armour All-America game and received recognition as a MaxPreps All-American and Lemming Report All-American. Rated three stars by recruiting services, McWhorter was ranked No. 53 in Georgia by recruiting services and No. 93 in Georgia by Rivals. He was selected to AJC's Georgia Power 1000. McWhorter is a true freshman at Auburn and wears No. 75.
