La'khi Roland is a 6'2", 195-pound right cornerback from Conley, Georgia, who attended Cedar Grove High School as a three-star recruit. He committed to Maryland over Boston College, Louisville, Colorado, and USF. Roland played in six games during his 2024 freshman season, recording 10 tackles. In 2025, his sophomore year, he appeared in 11 games and amassed 21 total tackles, one tackle for loss, and three interceptions. He returned one interception 100 yards for a touchdown against Towson on September 13, becoming the first Maryland player with a 100-yard return since 1962. Roland now transfers to Arkansas as a junior.
