John Howse IV is a safety from Brentwood, Tennessee, who attended Brentwood High School as a three-star recruit. He played his college football at Vanderbilt before transferring to Middle Tennessee, where he appeared in all 12 games during the 2024 season with 11 starts. That year, he compiled 48 tackles, two interceptions, and one forced fumble while leading all defensive players with 688 snaps according to Pro Football Focus.
