Carter Stoutmire is a nickel back for the Arkansas Razorbacks from Plano, Texas, where he attended Prestonwood Christian High School as a three-star recruit. At Colorado, he appeared in nine games as a freshman in 2023, starting against Arizona State and recording 11 total tackles and one tackle for loss. During his 2024 sophomore campaign, Stoutmire played in all 13 games with seven starts split between safety and nickel, finishing with 42 total tackles, seven pass breakups, and six third down stops while logging 167 special teams snaps.
