Ezell Jolly is a running back from Houston, Texas who signed with Arkansas State as a redshirt junior. Originally a three-star prospect who attended Kilgore College before transferring, Jolly played at UTEP from 2023–2024. In 2024, he appeared in seven games and recorded 79 carries for 301 yards with one touchdown, adding six receptions for 38 yards. Most recently at Kilgore College in 2025, he was named Second Team All-Southwest Junior College Football Conference after rushing for 868 yards and 10 touchdowns over nine games, averaging 7.1 yards per carry.
