Tre Smith is a defensive end from Mesa, Arizona, who attended Red Mountain High School before playing at San Jose State. In 2023, his redshirt sophomore season, Smith recorded 66 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, and 6.5 sacks, earning All-Mountain West First Team honors. He joined Arizona as a transfer for the 2024 season and appeared in 12 games, compiling 53 total tackles with 7.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks.
