Giovanni Richardson is a wide receiver for the Arizona Wildcats. The Rockford, Illinois native from Basha High School committed to Arizona on July 4, 2024, after receiving offers from multiple programs including Arizona State, Kansas State, and Boise State. In high school, he recorded 112 receptions for 1,869 yards and 18 touchdowns across three varsity seasons. As a true freshman in 2025, Richardson appeared in 12 of Arizona's 13 games, compiling 21 receptions for 299 yards and two touchdowns while averaging 14.2 yards per catch. He made his collegiate debut on August 30 against Hawai'i and scored his first career touchdown on November 1 at Colorado.
