As a high school prospect in 2023, he was ranked the top player in Montana and earned three-star ratings from major outlets. At Boston College, Harris appeared in 13 games with 11 starts in 2024, recording 17 catches for 486 yards and four touchdowns while averaging 28.6 yards per reception. In 2025, he started all 12 games and posted career-highs of 39 catches, 673 yards, and five touchdowns, averaging 17.26 yards per reception—30th in the FBS and third in the ACC.
