A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Floyd averaged 48.5 yards per punt during his prep career, including a 45.5-yard average as a senior with a long of 67. In his 2024 freshman season, he punted 40 times for a 40.7-yard average with a long of 56, placing 11 punts inside the 20-yard line.
