Jeffrey Manns is a 6'2", 299-pound right defensive tackle from Lancaster, Texas, who spent two seasons at Hutchinson CC before transferring to Arizona State. At Hutchinson, he recorded 42 tackles, 7.0 sacks, and 13.0 tackles for loss while adding a forced fumble, two recovered fumbles, an interception, three pass breakups, and three blocked kicks. Manns anchored a defensive line that allowed 10.7 points per game in 2025, the best mark in the NJCAA, and held opponents to 65.8 rushing yards per game, third fewest in the conference. Hutchinson compiled a 22-2 record over his tenure, winning the 2024 NJCAA Division I national championship.
