Brent Helton is a 6'4", 315-pound left guard from Corona, California, who prepped at Centennial High School under head coach Matt Logan. A three-star prospect ranked No. 12 nationally at center by national outlets and No. 61 in California by Rivals, Helton was a 2023 CIFSS All-State nominee. As a senior, he helped lead Centennial to a 9-3 record while blocking for a 2,200-yard rusher. His junior year saw the team post a 9-2 record with 2,461 combined rushing yards. At Iowa State, Helton did not appear in games but earned Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition. He transfers to Arizona State as a redshirt sophomore.
