Ashton Stamps is a 6'0", 190-pound right cornerback from Harvey, Louisiana, who attended Archbishop Rummel High School in the New Orleans area. Signed by LSU in 2023 as a three-star prospect, Stamps appeared in 11 games with 4 starts during his true freshman season. He started all 13 games at cornerback in 2024, recording 51 tackles, 14 passes defended, and 2 quarterback hurries. Stamps appeared in 3 games as a junior in 2025 before entering the transfer portal in October. He earned selection to the 2024 SEC Academic Honor Roll and transfers to Arizona State as a redshirt junior.
