Tommy Ulatowski is a redshirt senior quarterback for the Mountaineers from Chicago, Illinois. He attended St. Rita High School, where he totaled 20 touchdowns as a senior and helped lead the program to two state title games. After playing for Kent State from 2022–24, Ulatowski transferred to Kennesaw State, appearing in three games in 2025 and completing 5 of 10 passes. At Kent State, he made 22 appearances with 10 starts, threw 22 touchdown passes across two seasons, and recorded performances including 394 yards with four touchdowns against Ball State and 345 yards with three touchdowns against Eastern Michigan.
