Scottland Dover is an offensive lineman for App State. The 6'5", 305-pound freshman hails from Gaffney, South Carolina, where he attended Gaffney High School. Dover was selected for the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas and ranked as a top-20 overall prospect in South Carolina and a top-75 interior offensive lineman nationally by recruiting services.
