Lance Williams is a redshirt junior offensive lineman from Alcoa, Tennessee. He played at Alcoa High School, where he was a four-year letterman and team captain as a senior. Williams transferred to App State from Virginia Tech, where he appeared in one game over two seasons before joining the Mountaineers with three seasons of eligibility remaining. In 2025, he took the field in 10 games and made his first start at right guard in postseason action against Georgia Southern.
