Gavin Barber is a tight end from Mooresville, North Carolina, who attends Mooresville High School. Over his final three prep seasons, he accumulated 94 receptions for 1,462 yards and 22 touchdowns. As a senior, Barber caught 30 passes for 475 yards and nine touchdowns across nine games on a 9-3 squad. He earned Charlotte Observer All-Region and Greater Metro 4 All-Conference honors as a junior with 30 catches, 490 yards, and nine touchdowns. Barber stands 6'3" and weighs 230 pounds.
