Devon Manuel is a 6'7", 305-pound left tackle from Sunset, Louisiana who attended Beau Chene High School as a consensus three-star prospect. He began his college career at Arkansas, where he appeared in nine games and made four starts at left tackle during the 2023 season. Manuel then transferred to Florida for the 2024-25 seasons, posting three game appearances in 2024. He joined App State as a transfer and appeared in one game during the 2025 season before suffering an injury in his debut against Georgia.
