Yhonzae Pierre, a 6'3" 253-pound WOLF from Eufaula, Alabama, joined Alabama as a five-star recruit in the 2023 class ranked 25th nationally. He redshirted his initial season before expanding his role in 2024, appearing in 11 games with six tackles and a quarterback hurry. In 2025, Pierre emerged as the Tide's top pass-rusher across all 15 games with 12 starts, recording 52 total tackles, 14.5 for loss, eight sacks, nine quarterback hurries, three forced fumbles, and one pass breakup. He earned SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week honors and Bednarl Award Player of the Week recognition following his six-tackle, three-sack performance against Tennessee. Currently a redshirt junior, Pierre remains on the roster.
