Lorcan Quinn, a placekicker from Donaghmore, Ireland, played five years of Gaelic football before signing with Marshall. He was ranked as a top-50 placekicker in the transfer portal by recruiting services. In 2025 at Marshall, Quinn made 21-of-26 field goals and 38-of-39 PATs for 101 total points, earning first-team All-Sun Belt Conference honors. He recorded a season-long 55-yard field goal and made four field goals of 50-plus yards, setting a Marshall single-season record. Quinn also handled 71 kickoffs for 4,601 yards with 61 touchbacks, averaging 64.8 yards per kick to rank third in the FBS. He now joins Alabama as a transfer.
