Jay Lindsey is a tight end from Butler, Alabama who attended Patrician Academy before signing with Alabama over Ole Miss and Mississippi State. In 2024, his freshman year, he appeared in three games and recorded one catch for five yards against Mercer. During 2025, Lindsey contributed in all 15 games with one start against Eastern Illinois. He caught two passes for 7 yards on the season and was recognized as a special teams player of the week for his performance at Auburn. Lindsey continues his role with the Crimson Tide as a redshirt sophomore.
