Austin Mack, a 6'6" quarterback from Loomis, California, transferred to Alabama from Washington after graduating early from Folsom High School. At Folsom, he completed 269-of-382 passes for 3,498 yards and 40 touchdowns as a junior, earning all-state honors and the Sacramento Bee's 2022 Large School Player of the Year award. After one season with the Huskies, Mack appeared in four games for the Crimson Tide in 2025, completing 24-of-32 passes for 228 yards and two touchdowns while rushing nine times for 22 yards and one score. He was named an offensive player of the week following his performance against Eastern Illinois.
