He appeared in four games during his 2024 freshman season, recording one reception for 28 yards and one touchdown. In 2025, Mason started all 12 games and caught 33 passes for 481 yards with five touchdowns, averaging 14.6 yards per catch. He posted a long reception of 62 yards and compiled 40.1 receiving yards per game. Mason also logged one kickoff return for 19 yards during the 2025 season.
